Instructed 400 children from K-8th grade as receiver of an Artist in Residence Grant through the California Arts Council.
Focus was to inspire students to feel confident in expressing themselves visually, using pencils, paint, pastels, markers and computer software.
6th to 8th grade students learned the basics of Adobe Photoshop, encouraged to use the Internet as a learning tool.
4th to 8th grade were assigned to look up art or art history on related web pages.

4/1997 -11/2003 California Correctional Center and High Desert State Prison, Susanville, CA. Arts in Corrections Lead Artist.

Taught groups of 20 inmates in portrait, figure drawing, cartoon and animation and digital art.
Offered basic and advanced classes in Adobe Photoshop, Fractal Painter, and Adobe Illustrator. Drawing and layout to prepare artwork for computer generated images.

Tutored a class of mentally and physically delayed students as instructor of Fine Arts at the Lassen Community College. Responsibilities were to plan and schedule sessions, to select supplies and assignments and to review artwork.

As Art Director and camerawoman it was my task to write the scripts for talents and develop the storyboards for the local commercials of Amador County, CA.
Work as the on location cameraperson and handling postproduction.
